Cherrio apple crisp

We made cherrio apple crisp, an alternative to your basic apple crisp and really easy to make. L and E both helped with making it.
First we slightly crushed 1 cup of multigrain cherrios. 
 E would roll some then eat a few.
 Place crushed cherrio`s in medium sized bowl and combine with 1 cup of non crushed cherrios.
Add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2tbsp flour,1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. Using your fingers blend 1/3 cup diced butter into tiny bits throughout mixture.
In large bowl, toss 6 apples (peeled and cut into bite size pieces) with 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
Arrange apple mixture in a square pan. Spoon cereal mixture on top, covering all of the apples. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown at 350 F (180 C).
